The product must remain in its original sealed packaging
The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Due to the nature of consumable food products, opened or used items cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Photos may be required to process damage claims.
